Please note we only install Microsoft office 365 out of courtesy and have not been asked to provide you with the activation details. Please follow the link that will be put on your desktop to obtain your activation key or alternately contact your disability advisor at your University, as they will be able to provide you with the activation details.

The list of Assistive software you have been provided with, will be listed in under “Your Order” section.
Select "View Orders & Serial Numbers" to view this.
For Windows Users
Select the "Download Software" ButtonA Zip file will be downloaded. Please check your Downloads folder
Once downloaded, you will need to “Extract All”. To do this you can right click on the download and select “Extract All” from the menu.
Double click on the WBSSoftware folder.
Run Wyvern Remote Install Tool.
You will be asked "Do you want the following program to make changes to this computer?". Select Yes.
Please read the information provided on the Wyvern Remote Install window and select Next.
Please read the information provided on the Wyvern Remote Install window and select Start if you wish to continue.
Your computer will restart multiple times during the download/installation process. Please DO NOT use your computer during this process.
The application will clearly show you once the software has been installed.
For Mac Users
Select Download under Download Link for the individual software you wish to download/install.
Double click the .dmg file available listed in your downloads.
Run through the installation for each piece of software.
The list of Assistive software you have been provided with, will be listed in the window shown under “Your Order” section.
Select “View” next to the software that you would like to see the activation key for. Pressing View, will open another tab in your browser and show the serial number for the software.
