If you use it for social networking and music sites then there is an increased risk of virus issues. If you have problems with your equipment resulting from a “first” time virus then, our technical support team will assist in resolving this without a fee. Second time and thereafter, the removal will be chargeable and will require a collection to carry this out.

In the event that you are requested to return equipment to Wyvern Business Systems due to faults, all items should be properly packaged to avoid any damage occurring during transportation.

Wyvern Business Systems may need to return faulty equipment to the manufacturer or any other 3rd party to assist with repairs or data recovery, you will need to advise Wyvern Business Systems in writing if you do not consent to this.
